Wolf Trap Opera Studio Artists join Cincinnati Pops conductor John Morris Russell and the NOI Philharmonic in the opening concert of the 2020 National Orchestral Institute + Festival. This high-energy evening will feature an array of audience favorites from the worlds of opera, theater and cinema.

The National Orchestral Institute + Festival brings together aspiring orchestral musicians from across the country for a month of dynamic music-making and professional exploration. Chosen by a rigorous, cross-country audition process, these young artists present passionate and awe-inspiring performances of adventuresome repertoire at The Clarice and in the community.

This performance is part of Wolf Trap Opera's UNTRAPPED programming initiative.

UNTRAPPED performances take WTO artists into various communities in the larger D.C. area, bringing the thrill of live vocal music to new places and unexpected spaces.
